If you read the full announcement you will see "subject to shareholder approval to be sought at a general meeting to be called shortly."

We all know TNR are currently working on site, IMO this will continue as they have BMCG's convertible equity to cover any costs over the past few months.

What we do know, this agreement will not stand until shareholders approve the shares being issued as security. We will be able to see if TNR commence these works earlier from seeing Mikes's Tweets showing the continuation of the tailings dam wall being constructed.

BTW are you surprised WKT didn't announce what the total CAPEX remains for TNR to complete the project to commissioning?
