Yesterday you were advising it was BMCG selling today you are telling us BMCG is now holding their shares until later.

BMCG still has US$2.5mil of the old agreement to convert into equity, without the newly issued share which will arrive in the next few days.
I do recall the pumping you guys did when the first agreement was released, advising BMCG wouldn't convert until the SP was 50c or even saying they were going to pay a premium to convert their equity early. Didn't that all turn out to be BS.

Desperate times are needed these days, I still recall Semi retired advising BMCG wouldn't be needed again. yet here we are. More convertible notes and more free shares being given to them.

So much for Canaccords clients not being needed as you claimed, what BS. More dilution and most shareholder value is now being lost. Well done Croc on misleading everyone with these points, you must be so proud of yourself.
