knowing inside information was posted on HC over the past month while this deal was being finalised. I will be checking the T40 to see if they were busy buying, or if they were just selling the news.

Semi posted recently investors should be careful with their posting. hopefully the T40 will show no inside buying and ASX and ASIC wont need to investigate any inside trading.

What is your explanation of the lack of buyers today?

is it because the agreement doesnt get the project completed? Or is it due to investors worrying about the 6c floor price BMCG has been given?

we all know BMCG can secure shares under the floor price, their last agreement set the floor at 12c, yet the company issued shares at 9.5 cents due to the company having no funds to pay out BMCG. It will be interesting to see if they convert their next round at 8.5c. or if they use their commitment shares to push the SP lower.
