It is also interesting that this deal will only allow TNR to finish the first lift of the tailing dam, i.e increase the height of the walls, but it doesn't cover the time and cost associated with lining the dam.
WKT is certainly pulling out all stops to get this project completed, I am still waiting to see when Investors turn to call a class action against management for claiming the project was fully funded to production when the loan at CRDB was conditionally approved.
