Croc the best institutional brokers controlled the last capital raising, which only raised 50% of the funds required, you have been claiming WKT had alternative funding being pitched to them which resulted in the company scaling back the offer.

If you read tonight's ASX disclosure, WKT are telling investors, we have a few people kicking about but its not there yet.

I highly doubt WKT scaled back the CR as you claimed, I form the opinion the institutional investors said no to funding this project just like the last Institutional placement completed by Foster Stock Broking, that only raised around 30% of the $20mil WKT required.
