I sold this morning.
The acquisition was ok but not fantastic. The dilution was horrendous. Went from having 35m SOI and being one of the best shells on the ASX to now having 90m SOI + 10m for now ITM options. Nearly tripled the register.
GBZ picked up 400koz for $3m this week and TIN have essentially paid $7.5m at closing for 40koz. Resource needs to grow a lot to justify how much existing holders got diluted here IMO.
Pretty disappointed to be brutally honest
