    It's not misleading....because it is cheap. However that doesn't mean NIU comes without risk.....

    Everyone here.....accepts and knows this is HIGH RISK/REWARD- we get it......

    For you that risk outweighed reward so you sold.....and fair enough

    No stocks come without risk.....some are just higher than others....NIU is highly leveraged and that appeals to some people

    Most of the debt is in the form of convertible notes
