    Not sure how the company can issue shares as part consideration for a business purchase and also issue options to Directors when there is no indication of the market value of those shares (and hence the intrinsic value of the options) and there hasn't been a market value to use for months? Is 18 cents a fair value or should it be 25 cents or 12 cents?
