The company is using the value of a share at 18 cents.Who knows what the value is.Could be 1.8c or multiples of 18c.I doubt that the companys directors thinks the acquisitions over the last few months have not added substantially to the value of its shares. I would wonder then at the real monetary value of payments by way of 18c shares which disregard this manifest mismatch in worth.Seems reckless to me to give out shares at a value that cant be quantified.If the acquisitions are as good as they say the real price being paid for them in share value terms should be higher not the low 18c.Existing shareholders cant buy in at 18c .Dilution is occurring with these random buyouts with the true cost being an unknown.
