In your opinion it is unethical, and I get that.

However, I'd much rather the board continue with business as usual, by continuing to build the portfolio, while in suspension.

I can't see how it would benefit anyone to just sit on their hands and do nothing; as doing nothing would definitely cause the SP to gap down on open.

Current and regularish announcements continue to demonstrate the faith that big-time tech-heads, with runs on the board, view the future of the company.

Board is doing a great job in difficult circumstances I reckon.
