This can of worms gets even more complicated ! So this really has nothing to do with Neo ~ This is really Oaktree Capital (Seat on Neo's BOD) selling their share in Neo to Hastings, As far as i can see It does not fund Neo's Operations at all. If Hastings think that owning 22% of a RE Company is going to automatically open up a bunch of IP and market for them I suspect it is wishful thinking.
That Neo are already acquiring an RE deposit in Greenland suggests that they have their own plans for the future ?
What it does do is remove one, possibly two Chinese Directors from the BOD, which suggests that my first interpretation is probably more accurate, As I first said : Xi is not going to be happy.
