if you actually took the time to read the HAS details you'll notice the twiggy forrest debt is secured by the neo shareholding not the oroject yangibana.
As for the interest maybe wyloo will convert to equity sooner than later. In the meantime HAS secured almost 9m x neo shares which are already $1.67 CAD (approx $15m) in profit after 1 days trade. Brilliant play by HAS team.
the naif loan funds is going towards yangibana not the share purchase of neo...so not sure why you think tax payers are funding neo purchase.
