A smarter brain than yours or mine thinks differently: Note Hastings are NOT doing a direct Investment into Neo !; Neo get nothing out of it::AND yes NAIF are involved if this transaction, especially if it prevents Hastings from completing their Project on time, so they can start paying back their Finance. Also seeing that this whole deal is contingent on Hastings obtaining Shareholder approval, I don't see how they can have made any profit yet as they don't hold the shares ! Get your facts straight, otherwise people will dismiss you as just another Up-ramper.
FYI, I really do wish Hastings well as this deal will divert some of China's attention away from Pensana, The West needs all of the RE's it can mine; just so long as they do it properly and don't get sucked into a poison pill deal.
