But DRE has nothing yet. No permits, no pathway to commercialisation, bugger all cash in the bank, and a "potentially" larger resource. Hastings on the other hand will be digging up and selling product by 2024 and is well on the way to setting itself up as a fully vertically integrated entity - mine to magnet. Also wouldn't be surprised if there's a takeover bid in the future which would be win-win for both companies.
DRE is doing well currently which is great for the future valuation of Hastings and also the other players in the region.
