If you assume an average swap rate of 2.5%, the payment on the coupon is ~$17 m per annum. So Twiggy could end up with an additional ~$50 million in cash and/or notes for what would be a low-risk investment for him and could also emerge as the largest shareholder or owning the assets if HAS doesn't redeem the notes. I wonder whether HAS will release the notes agreement like 5EA did.
