Will DNI Cancel CGM Madagascar Graphite Option Agreement? And if so, when?

These are timely Q's given recent TSX-V and ASX Announcements.

Timelines:
1st Dec 2017: DNI Issues Default Notice to CGM. See TSX-V ANN.

According to CGM ASX Ann on 6th Dec 2017, CGM says it received this on 1st Dec.

Note: Page 1, Para # 4 of DNI Notice: " Under the Option Agreement, Cougar has seven days to remedy the Defaults. In the event that certain of the Defaults are not remedied, DNI may Cancel The Option Agreement. Cougar may elect to submit certain Defaults to arbitration."

8th Dec 2017: See above. So, 7 days are up today!

So will DNI Cancel? Or not? Right now, only Dan Weir, DNI Board and Advisors know?
