    IMO, they'll be no arbitration (as you claim).

    Regardless, DNI have 100% of Graphite Project; CGM has 0%.

    For us CGM shareholders, it's a total mess...as you well know, but won't admit.

    PS: No wriggle room now for CGM Board!
