What I think we need to do to go ahead.

1. Claim the money awarded to us in the courts for the Canadian project. If they have no money we take the project.

2. Take DNI to arbitration. (We have no choice. Randal has attempted to contact them numerous times and they do not respond.

3. We need to do whatever necessary to secure the properties in Brazil for lithium. Randal did explain that it a process to set up a company and for it to be registered with the government. I don’t understand Brazil law or process but supposedly it more complicated than we think. I still beleive there are avenues to fast track it.

4. We need to find another aquisition and get into a hot commodity.

5. We need SP momentum. A lot of us are here for long term. But a steady SP gain gives us hope to hold on even tighter.
