I buy because of graphite project, now it is in question, what happened in between is no longer important. I rather bite the bullet than hang on.. I do have some other winners to cover this one... to me, this is going to be a protracted court case. CR is definitely coming...i will be back if it can secure the graphite project... we have to make our own decision... GLTA
