Have to agree with you @DavidW, unless we were flies on the wall listening to conversations between the parties, it all comes down what is submitted from CGM and DNI in front of the court as to achieve an outcome, it couldn't have happened at a worse time with Xmas just around the corner which may delay proceedings till early next, just have to sit tight and keep the fingers and toes crossed!
