You're right USC.. Graphite project is stuffed so we should just walk away and let DNI proceed as if they'e done nothing wrong.. leave them free to develop the HIGH quality, LOW capex, Offtake SECURED tenement (their description as late as last week!! Yep, the same tenemant which they now say they'l have approvals very soon (all thru 2017 they claimed to have permits in place!!)
I don' know what yr agenda is but why on earth would you not want to settle and salvage something from yr 50/50 JV in a project which yr ex-partner is still keen to develop? Time will tell but we could well be entitled to a large compensation sum. Are you seriously willing to pass that up or best case, leave it to chance??
I firmly believe we're set for a great 6 months (LITHIUM & Arbitration). Why don't you take the time to talk to Randall? He's in Brazil atm (NOT Perth) so you may have to adjust yr timelines.
