"Let's start with this permit business, if you listen carefully in the video, the permit Dan is referring to waiting on is the environment permit that he was hoping would have been issued in the last quarter of 2017 (as per my previous post, the video, and right on the DNI website). Now if we take a look at the history of the permit announcements we see that DNI was given a full PE (commercial mining permit http://www.newsfilecorp.com/release...mit-Graphite-Saprolite-Advantage#.WmlAJLGZOlM) that is contingent on the completion of the EIE (environmental impact) study (it’s all there in the link above) which has been completed and is awaiting verification from the Madagascar government. I believe this is the final environmental permit that Dan is speaking of. "
