Facts are though, DNI don't have (& never did have) a PE, as they are subject to Environmentmal approval. You can't honestly announce something as a milestone moment when it actually hasn't
happened.

They have not been able to provide documents to support these claims (even when requested by JV partner CGM, so it will be interesting to see how they respond to the claims of deceipt in arbitration.

As for the driller being locked up for over 20 days.. inhumane!!
