Thanks for that NYyank. I think most of us probably read that in DNI's Feb Form 7. Cheers anyhow. Yes both companies are bogged down with the Arbitration. I take your point but I think DNI are potentionally the biggest losers with this one. You have the project at risk, we are only seeking compensation. DNI has halted its operations in Madagascar, the project remains at a standstill until the arbitration is complete or an earlier settlement is reached. There are some clear facts also that don't help DNI's case. DNI does not hold a PE over the project, Dan has admitted that. That is just one crucial point that leaves DNI vulnerable from the start. I read in the Madagascar press this morning that BBCM have suspended the issuing of mining permits. That's going to put a further dampener on DNI's plans. Maybe that's why nothing is happening with respect to the environmental permit too. It may be worth your while chasing that one up with Dan.
