I read in the Madagascar press this morning that BBCM have suspended the issuing of mining permits. That's going to put a further dampener on DNI's plans. Maybe that's why nothing is happening with respect to the environmental permit too. It may be worth your while chasing that one up with Dan.

regardless, even if you are correct, CGM will get little to nothing from the graphite project. Face it, without money to drill the mythical lithium and cobalt projects, CGM is on it's last legs ...
BTW, DNI has not halted operations, see latest drill results from this week ...
