You referred to "mythical cobalt and lithium projects" as if they don't exist. They clearly do both exist, although granted they are in early stages.
Just think you used the wrong wording. A better context to use that word would be to talk about something NON-EXISTENT, eg a "mythical mining licence in Madagascar".
