Korea Graphite would not enter into any agreement with DNI if there were any chance that CGM could win anything in a court of law or Arbitration. In fact you should be worried about Cougar, most everyone here seems to be going troppo if they think that DNI has to go to arbitration. If you look up the London court, they in fact state that both parties have to want to go to arbitration or there will not be any arbitration. So if DNI wants to go, and have entered a counter claim against CGM, you have to wonder what the real story is, not excuses from Randell why he couldn't drill 3000 meters in 9 months, pay money owed, or complete a JORC to earn in CGMs share, so Randell got fired. Simply put, why would DNI show up to any arbitration if there was any chance they could lose, if they didn't have to be there? Enjoy your grab samples, you might even get some drilling there in Brazil in 4 years, and we DNI shareholders will enjoy our Graphite sales to Korea. Go ahead, get this post deleted, because the truth hurts, and that is what I would expect from this board. Cheers

rtenn.. you have got to be kidding!!
This South Korea deal is probably just more smoke and mirrors from DIN board. Why don' you leave us alone.. go and help DNI sort thru the mess they'e created.
Meanwhile, us CGM holders will turn our attention towards Lithium.
