@rtenn. Fired for incompetence. DNI claimed the letter of default was for not finishing the drilling. Now they are saying Cougar didn’t complete the payment of $28,000. In summary, they withdrew the default in regards to incompletion of drilling and now claim it was due to being $28,000 short. Good luck with that one. I know that DNI changed lawyers obviously because they had no case. Now they are using another lawyer, and it seems they are going to suck you dry. The counsel will be forking out a lot of many for a case with no hope. There’s a lot more than that and it will be revealed in the arbitration process.....I’m excited because I know the result will favour Cougar. I can’t wait to see the faces of DNI shareholders and counsel....maybe Randal will send you guys a pallet of tissues on us so you can wipe your tears.....
