there may also be action by the Canadian equivalent of ASIC (or even ASIC) around the PE issue too, independant of what CGM are doing (as suggested by USC)
I have my own opinions as to why CGM are taking action over Vohitsara, but I may do as you suggest and drop a quick email (LOI still a biggy for me)
My own initial modelling based on a simple graphite product was pretty negative, but to be honest that is based on input numbers from countries such as Burkina Faso etc and I need to revise the SW quarter info properly.
