Wisdom., as to AFR running the story, I don't see too much of a problem if they get the info. and announce it while the company is in a trading halt. This occurs with pretty much all trading halts, that the media rings up the company and asks why. Courtesy would be that the shareholders are told via ASX ann. first though. There are leaks in most companies though. The other problem is, PRR can't really announce until the contracts have been finalised by lawyers on both sides as well as PRR writing the announcement, and this can take a little time.
Getting finance sorted is a big fillip for MR and gang.
