I have heard an opinion which states the SP is controlled to the lower end deliberately, because GDN don't WANT day traders playing the stock. They want the big end of town involved, and the big end of town won't want a stock that can change 30% or more in a single day.
The games aside, there is gas in the ground and it is looking like GDN has done it right this time. (In my humble opinion only, SEEK PROFESSIONAL ADVICE before investing.)
