Gee's Mandarin, thats taking research to another level!
The interpretaion I was given was that they were bloody excited to be getting involved and couldn't wait to sign up. I suspect that means the other approvals are so very close... IMHO (of course!). With this information following a return from SA by Mr Jury it sounds very much like a possible trigger for yesterdays activites.
The info was given to me by the same guy who was able to inform about the off market trade of 5 mil that took place.
