    So are the directors of TRT (including MB and newbie IM) actually acting in the company's best interests or their own??

    Total sale price is $2.7M + trailing NSR at pre-release share price so a very generous purchase price.

    Nice to be on both sides of a transaction...another ASX-listed ethical dilemma.
