re: Ann: Toho Proposal Recommended at 24 cent... I have a feeling that the latest TOHO proposal will be successful based on the fact that Nyrstar would need a blockbuster deal to derail it and so far in this game Nyrstar have only ever bid slightly above any TOHO proposal. They want a bargain and at anything slightly over 24 cents they are getting a fairly valued asset. Us shareholders will almost certainly have to be happy with what I think is fair valuation and will have to forget about any real premiums at 30 cents or more. We can however thank Nyrstar for getting us fair value.

At any rate TOHO are going to push this deal through as fast as possible before anyone else pops up. I'm already looking at what else I can do with the money.
