This announcement should have a positive effect but as with recent announcements it probably won't. This stock should have responded in a more definite manner but has tentatively risen to fall short of the June highs although when you look at the lows of February it has done very well.
Consider the volume of recent sales and ponder how many other stocks can have such high volumes but only move in such small incriments.
