I'd like Kris K to spell out exactly how much free cash this tolling agreement will generate for CEL at the end of the 3 year mining/milling contract period now that terms are finalised. Further, I'd like more clarity on the proposed spinoff/IPO of the Ecuadorian asset......are CEL shareholders going to get an in-specie share issue of shares on the TSX? Will CEL still have residual shareholding of say 25-30% of 'spinoff co'? Really feel there's an information vacuum around this.
