IMO this deal ensures that LNR survives. The escrowed shares will also come into play in a years time. This gives management time to reconsider present projects and get into some new.

I can remember in the not so distant past the former LNR, FNT was in much more a shitty situation being headed by a real-estate player. They weren't actively exploring and I recall checking the threads every few months and the lone poster talking to himself was Dog. Not much has changed in some ways. LOL. Then the Tolukuma debacle with waiting for drills forever and finally management coming to the realisation that a minnow company can't do enough to make any difference in re awakening a dinosaur. I hope Tolu can do better. At least they have over $20m to spend to get to a start position with in the ML although I don't think they have enough cash to prove its still profitable. I hope I'm wrong. If any have read the Tolu plan, nothing that FNT did was even mentioned so IMO LNR are lucky to get what they got.

I had a brief scan of some of the recent announcements. Looks like they extended some of the vein system that we were exploring. And they have paid for helicopters and road works in shares. So there is incentive for the operators of those companies to get stuff done.
So in short, access is improving and they are exploring at the same time.
