Interesting that pcl is committed to drilling a well regardless of Woodside signing or not according to Sintana.
The expectation appears that Woodside will sign up but there is that "small" risk that if Woodside do not that pcl will fund a well but have majority ownership or find another farm in partner.
Guess the 3d can be a freebie.
