Nowhere was it asked or did it say that Woodside have confirmed that the well drilling will be definitely going ahead now as far as I have seen. Nowhere. I suspect this is just a rumour started by a poster in here. They have committed to do the 3D which is done now, the rest depends upon the 3D analysis still.
