Interesting company structure you propose for NAG.. certainly not on the first day but would assume a Chairman's role with his experience wouldn't need to sit in the wings until generational change takes place. I would hope and expect his impact to be in the short term not longer term.
I think what you suggest is for the status quo to continue....
