From what I've seen in my brief time being a shareholder - they struggled to get the sales contracts.
It appears there's no problem mining at 1mpta+ but sales contracts have been slow to roll in. That does appear to be changing now with the recent contracts and 'record quarterly sales' announced in May.
Quite excited to see what the number is in a couple weeks time when the quarterly comes out. Would be great to see a 250kt sales quarter, but anything over 200k per quarter makes this extremely undervalued imo, should they manage to keep it up.
Last quarter:
$24m cash on hand
$25m+ ore stockpiled and already paid for
No debt
Cashflow positive
... and yet the market cap is hovering around only $40m.
Hoping for another solid quarter followed by a dividend announcement and then followed by 1 more good quarter in September and we should have a nice turnaround play unfolding.
I think there's 50-100% upside from here this year if operational performance and sales are strong
