agree mate hence my comment if the plant is scalable and can start with 5Mt then go to 10Mt (or 7.5Mt as you mention) then 20Mt (or 15Mt) and so on.
that will depend on the design I guess.
If these plants do not allow such scalability (from 5Mt to 20Mt) then 5Mt plant scenario is really waste of time and would be best to start with 10Mt and so on.
And the size of the deposit (in my opinion) calls to start with at least 10Mt plant and scale up further.
