I agree the current deal is a good one.
It also gives confidence in another way. I am sure that inflation means that the project will cost more than it was predicted to several years ago, with all the inflation etc since then. I wouldn't be suprised if it were 20-30% more. But the fact that Alk has chosen this quite minor restructuring and the wording of this annoucement - helping smooth etc - suggests that it considers it can fund the project with a combination of that debt facility and income, without resorting to capital raising. Its a win.
