What I see is that ALK is a public company that is run as a private company, with the primary difference between ALK being managed as a public company vs a private company being whether or not the decision making process prioritizes OUR interests. The culture of the BoD appears to be one in which they worship at the altar of Gandel while believing they are not answerable to retail shareholders, the group that owns the majority of ALK shares. That may have been fine in the past, however at this stage of ALK's development having a BoD with this attitude is unacceptable and must change.
