I also think ALK owes it to shareholders to provide some degree of certainty regarding ALK's sword of Damocles – Gandel's holdings. As it stands, at any moment he could dump large amounts of shares and do serious damage to the share price, and this uncertainty has to be holding the share price back to some degree or other.
