Agree with your point about leverage.
I also agree with @speculator101 that counting the decline capital as sustaining is an interesting choice (At the end of the day the expense gets spent either way - but it has already been spent). So if you strip out say $15-20m cost of that split across a 70koz production profile that is $215-285/oz cost that comes back out of AISC. That puts opex back at more like $2,200-$2,300 before falling to long run at more like A$2k (which is ~US$1350 and far from abnormal these days)
