Today I spent 2 hours reading on LGM's deal and their ground in general. They are starving so end up cutting JV deals too early. NEM landed good deal there. If they do find large deposit, then they really ended up picking it for a song.
But watch how fast NEM will pull out if they don't think the project has legs. Once NEM selects couple of drill targets and they sink 2-3 deeper holes they will make a decision whether to stay or go. If those holes don't hit anything significant NEM will probably pull out.
But I may be wrong and NEM is changing.. who knows.
