I've been out of CE1 for a while now but looking at the numbers, it looks like a buy to me. $55 mill market cap for a $16 mill EBTDA, maintaining 4000 boepd. Previous management had poorly handled the company, I believe Karl can do a great job with the current state of things. The current projects have great reserves, and plenty of wells could be added if CE1 wanted to scale above 4000 boepd at a sustainable rate while also maintaining capital returns.
