agree with the crux of the sentiment here. This asset was talked up so much by insiders, and they delivered a lousy price. No different to many companies in that respect.
But an asset is only worth what someone else is prepared to pay, that is how CE1 picked up Tommy Lakes facility for just $825k, which had a replacement value of ~$85M. There was no other bid!
It sucks as a vendor, look forward to selling the remaining business. It should be telegraphed pretty well the whole thing is up for sale. Time to hit the bid on the Blackspur business, just hope that is significantly north of current valuation...
