As I posted earlier, this stinks and it's begging for a class action (they would have directors liability insurance). Any lawyers here want to make an easy buck? How the f.. this was signed off by the board? Is any of them getting suddenly a position with the company buying Montney???
We were told in all the presentations given to us over the last few years that Montney is the sleeper and possibly the "main game' and had implied value of $60-70m plus.
LNG Canada is over 80% complete and will need gas for decades and we give our crown jewel away???
This is from March but all previous presentations had Montney neighbouring transactions displayed showing shareholders how much 34,000 acres is worth!
This, being a major transaction, should have been voted on by shareholders. I know what the vote would have decided.
The only growth story that CE1 had is gone. Furious.
